SFEA is an organization of educators whose mission is to advance and support quality public education for students in the Spring-Ford community, improve teaching and learning conditions and protect members’ rights. We are committed to supporting these principles through community engagement, organizing, collective bargaining, political activism and especially through the work of our members.
